We are so excited to debut this boutique set! Our white tee has an embroidered polka dot skull applique and 3 layers of coordinating skull ribbon. Finishing off the tee is a ruffled heart ribbon bottom hem. Tee looks great with the matching skirt or a pair of jeans too!

A too cute twirl skirt is made to match this tee. Three layers of ruffled tulle sit under the polka dot skirt ruffle. Hot pink inside lining and elastic waist. Custom and handmade for your order, so please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.
