If you are buying a baby or birthday gift, we know how important it is to make it with attention to detail and using the best quality supplies. You can order gifts with confidence. Some of the same products that you are ordering have gone to celebrities. And we make your's with the samelove and care.

All hairbows, ribbon woven headbands, tutus, and reusable lunch saks are handmade in the USA. We do not sell any hairbows made in China on our website, as you will find on some other hairbow websites. Our clothing and socks are embellished here in our smoke free studio. All personalized products are embroidered here as well, just for you after you order. We do carry some totes and bags that we do not make ourselves, but they were just too cute to pass up. We are excited to offer them to you too.

Shipping: We ship our orders through USPS. We use First Class or Priority Mail. We pack our products very carefully so they will arrive in great shape and will be fun to open. If you find your bow card attached to the side of the box, just gently pull it away from the box. This is to prevent the bow from being smashed on its journey to you, and is put there intentionally. For our friends with aversions to wheat or gluten, we never use packing 'peanuts' as they often contain gluten/wheat.

Our return policy: Because our products are made just for you, we cannot accept returns. Please double check your email receipt you will receive after you order, to ensure it is correct. We will ship the order as it is placed. If a hair accessory needs some adjustment, we will be happy to fix it. Just contact us via email. Not only do we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, we want you to love it~ so do not hesitate to contact us.
